A Job hazard analysis is a way to recognize, evaluate and control potential hazards in the workplace. A (JHA) is also a procedure which helps integrate accepted safety and health principals and practices into a particular operation. Each basic step of the job is examined to identify potential hazards and to determine the safest way to do the job.
